Lake Lavon spans more than 23,000 acres, and the nearest boat ramp is roughly a mile and a half away — with major ramps, swimming areas, and lakeside parks every few miles. Fishing, swimming, and boating are all a short walk or drive from your site.

Driving directions
From McKinney: Take Hwy 380 east about 9 miles to Princeton, then south on FM 982 about 9 miles to RD 437.
From Plano: Take Hwy 75 north to Exit 33 (Bethany), head east about 7 miles to Lucas, then east on FM 3286 about 5 miles to FM 982, and south on FM 982 about 2 miles to RD 437.
The last stretch: At RD 437, turn right (west) and go about ⅓ mile to RD 438. Turn left (south) on 438 about ⅓ mile to RD 740, then left (east) on 740 — and you’re home.

Our RV pad sizes are:
- 55’ L x 25’ W
- 65’ L x 25’ W
Each lot also includes a two-vehicle, 24’ L x 20’ W parking spot in front. Longer RVs can use this extra space to extend the lot length by up to 24'.
What are the RV age restrictions at Hidden Acres? Any other restrictions?
Our restrictions include:
- Please call us if your RV is older than 15 years
- No damage to the outside of the RV
- RV must have safe, working electrical plugs
- RV must have undamaged, working water and sewage hookups
- Any window ACs or window fans must be approved by management
